RUSSIAN HACKERS -- THIS IS WHY THEY LOVE DONALD TRUMP!

It would appear that Russian Hackers are responsible for getting into the Democrats' databases and releasing information that could help Donald Trump and hurt Hillary Clinton.

There has been days of speculation as to the political motivations of these sinister acts of the Russians.

Nobody realizes the real reason! Here it is!

Donald Trump loves Vodka. Russians love
Vodka. Therefore, Donald Trump loves Russians!

Think about it. Donald Trump even went as far as creating his own Vodka, as brief as it lasted. This gesture brought warmth and devotion from all Russian citizens! The Moscow GUM department stores proudly carried the Trump Vodka while it existed!

Have you ever seen the Democrats go out of their way to love the Russians?
Did Hillary Clinton come out with a personal line of Babushkas? That would have melted the Russian soul. Did Barack Obama come out with his own brand of cigarettes? Russians would have adored him for that.

Now you now. The way to a Russian's heart is through Vodka, Babushkas and Cigarettes.

Is Anybody Else Going "Huh"? John Hinckley Being Released.

It was announced today that John Hinckley, the attempted assassin of President Ronald Reagan, is being released after 35 years of easy incarceration for his mental illness. He is being released to his mother who is in her 80's or 90's.

On March 30, 1981, 25 year-old John Hinckley, who was trying to impress actress Jodie Foster (I'm not making this up) tried to assassinate the new President Ronald Reagan who came within an inch of losing his life.

Three others were wounded including press secretary James Brady who would spend the rest of his life incapacitated.

This release can only happen in the new Topsy-Turvy America.

Watch the event unfold if you were not around:

Marni Nixon You've heard Her -- But May Not Know That It Is Her

I have played the movie soundtrack to "West Side Story" hundreds of times, as well as the movie versions of "My Fair Lady" and the "King and I."

That is not Natalie Wood really singing the wonderful strains of "Tonight" and "I Feel Pretty" from "West Side Story." That is not Deborah Kerr delightfully crooning "Getting To Know You" and "I Could Have Danced All Night"  in the "King and I."

And that is certainly not Audrey Hepburn enchanting us with "The Rain in Spain" and "Wouldn't It Be Loverly" in "My Fair Lady."

In these movie versions, they are all being dubbed and sung by a lady named Marni Nixon who has passed away at 86.

If you've seen "The Sound of Music," that is actually her singing and on-screen as one of the nuns.

Her voice was heavenly.

DONALD TRUMP ENTERS CONVENTION LIKE JESUS

DONALD TRUMP ENTERS CONVENTION LIKE JESUS

Although the first day of the Republican convention was average and predictable with a number of speakers all attacking Hillary one after another, it was the entrance of Donald Trump which was just preposterous.

Suddenly, the lights dimmed, and a man in shadow came walking on an area of the stage tainted blue with white fog resembling clouds. The song "We Are The Champions" was playing. As he proceeded towards the main podium, it was clear enough to realize the shadow was Donald Trump and the Republicans responded as if Jesus was heading towards them.

He then introduced his lovely wife, who he said would be the next First Lady.

It was just so magical.

SCOTTY MOORE -- THE SOUND OF ELVIS

Elvis would never have been Elvis
without his guitarist Scotty Moore.
From the beginning, Moore provided
that distinct sound which appealed
to music fans worldwide and made
Elvis an international superstar.
Today they are together in Rockabilly
Heaven.
Moore is the musical centerpiece of:
Mystery Train, Blue Suede Shoes,
Let's Play House, Jailhouse Rock,
Heartbreak Hotel, That's All Right,
Good Rocking Tonight and many
others.
I had the incredible privilege to
talk with Scotty Moore for a few
hours in the late 90's. It gave me
a front row seat to the Elvis story
from the beginning as it was happening.
He revealed one fascinating fact to me
that is quite extraordinary. Apparently,
Elvis, tired of his whole rock image
and style, told Moore that he wanted
to discontinue singing and instead
form an instrumental group where
Elvis would play piano only.
"Are you joking?," I said.
"No, I am very serious" said the
down to earth guitarist.

Every American Has To Deal With This In Their Own Way

I decided to randomly select one of the 50 people whose lives were cut short last night in Orlando.

I felt this would make it more personal and not just a news story.

Just from the name only, I selected Stanley Manolo Almodovar III.
He was 23 years old and I then found a Facebook page:
https://www.facebook.com/stanley.almodovariii

He was a pharmacy technician.
He lived in Claremont, Florida and
was originally from Springfield, MA.

I got a big laugh out of this he had to say:
"Do NOT expect me to say 'Bless you" after your 5th sneeze. By then, you need to get your ass under control."

And this statement from him a year ago means
a great deal now:
"Gotta appreciate the little things in life today you can have everything and tomorrow lose everything"

His life was really just getting started.
Who knows what he might have accomplished in later years.

At least now he's not just some name in a story.

72 Years Ago. The Turning Point of World War II. Do You Have a Moment to Thank These Men?

72 Years Ago, 80,000 Americans stormed the beaches of Normandy--knowing that uncertain death lied ahead for most of them.

Thousands Died. Thousands Were Wounded. Thousands Were Injured For Life. Hundreds Were Unaccounted For.

It was THE TURNING POINT of the war.

If these brave Americans had not donated their lives, all of your fuckin' Hip Hop, Rap Crap and Prefabricated Manufactured Whore Pop Music would all be in German and would sound like military marches.
Your mindless TV shows which get cancelled with new ones replacing them every 2 weeks would still be the lowest common denominator but would have excessive German laugh tracks.
Your constant sequels and reboots of movies would be up to "Hitler--A Really Great Dude 75."
Your cell phones which have become permanently attached to your hands wouldn't have Siri--they would have "Adolph"--and when you ask for something it would tell you "Ich gebe die Befehle" (I Give the Orders!).

Can you take a minute and thank 80,000 Americans that gave the ultimate sacrifice so you can continue to live your pitiful, meaningless media-obsessed lives?

50 Years Ago Today The Beach Boys Released "Pet Sounds" And Nobody Cared

It was missing the usual Beach Boys songs about cars, surf and California girls.

So basically when it was released today in 1966, nobody cared.

It did yield three big hits, "Wouldn't It Be Nice," "Sloop John B" and "God Only Knows." But in America, the album just didn't sell very well.

It wasn't until about 15-20 years later that baby boomers who missed it the first time around suddenly discovered it. And everybody else as well.

It is now considered the ultimate pop music masterpiece only rivaled by "Rubber Soul" and "Sgt. Pepper" and the only reason that Pepper was created was because Paul McCartney decided he had to top "Pet Sounds."

I've listened to it over 1000 times.

When I first met Brian Wilson in the 1980's, I told him that I had listened to it over 200 times and he was stunned. I then showed him my very worn out copy and of course had him sign it.

These days I am not alone.

When younger people tell me that they love The Beach Boys I immediately ask them if they have ever heard "Pet Sounds."

I usually get "No...but I've heard of it."

If you haven't listened to it you are missing
a major musical experience, way ahead of its time.

"WOMAN IS THE NIGGER OF THE WORLD" Not Politically Incorrect? John Lennon Thought Not. Neither Do I.

In 1972, post-Beatles, John Lennon wrote a song that was very controversial, yet many Top 40 radio stations played it anyway.

The song is called "Woman Is The Nigger Of The World."

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CtY5bv-oxLE

The song pointed out that women worldwide were treated like black people in America both present and past.

And it apparently has not gotten much better 44 years later.

I am tired of reading about violence against women perpetrated by men.

I am tired of reading about average women being murdered like they are non-people.

I don't want to read anymore that sexual assaults in the military are somewhat down--
and that's supposed to be wonderful news--
when a woman is fighting for this country--and the remaining
freedoms I have--I want her to be given the same respect from
men in the military, that they expect to receive.

I am tired of reading about girls who are children in other countries
being maimed, whipped and murdered because they should be
held responsible that some man attacked them.

I am tired of reading about women being attacked in their schools and universities because "that is the culture now"

You want to use words when dealing with a woman directly-- fine. Nobody gets hurt.

When a man turns to physical abuse and violence against a woman--he is not a man.

And since men have always made the laws and head up the major companies, they have made sure that they get off easy or everything is slanted in their direction.

How many of you men out there are willing to take a stand against the violence that is perpetrated against women?

How many of you men out there are willing to turn to your male buddies and say that all this has to stop now--in America and worldwide?

As politically incorrect as it may be--here are the lyrics
by a man who was clearly ahead of his time:

Verse 1
Woman is the nigger of the world
Yes she is...think about it
Woman is the nigger of the world
Think about it...do something about it

We make her paint her face and dance
If she won't be a slave, we say that she don't love us
If she's real, we say she's trying to be a man
While putting her down, we pretend that she's above us

[Chorus]
Woman is the nigger of the world...yes she is
If you don't believe me, take a look at the one you're with
Woman is the slave of the slaves
Ah, yeah...better scream about it

[Verse 2]
We make her bear and raise our children
And then we leave her flat for being a fat old mother hen

We tell her home is the only place she should be
Then we complain that she's too unworldly to be our friend

[Chorus]
Woman is the nigger of the world...yes she is
If you don't believe me, take a look at the one you're with
Woman is the slave to the slaves
Yeah...alright...hit it!

[Verse 3]
We insult her every day on TV
And wonder why she has no guts or confidence
When she's young we kill her will to be free
While telling her not to be so smart we put her down for being so dumb

[Chorus]
Woman is the nigger of the world
Yes she is...if you don't believe me, take a look at the one you're with
Woman is the slave to the slaves
Yes she is...if you believe me, you better scream about it

[Outro]
We make her paint her face and dance[x6]

Something is Vewy, Vewy Fishy Here

Something is Vewy, Vewy Fishy here

Although this might seem comical...
it is really very scary.

Apparently I am supposed to believe that Americans in general transformed overnight from their usual moronic communication abilities to literary geniuses.

In the middle of the night, I just read an article about Donald Trump and his latest frightening predictions about America.

However, in reading the comments from average Americans, something became clear.

The responses--both for and against Trump--suddenly were not the typical style and representation of American 3rd grade communication.

Instead of being filled with spelling errors, inability to answer intelligently, emotional attacks, incoherent sentence structure and the kind of speech you would expect from Jethro Clampett...
the responses were shining examples of perfect spelling, solid arguments on point, referenced with statistics, past quotes, and structured immaculately in style and grammar...

Meaning one thing:

These were written by paid shills in order to influence readers and manipulate their thinking.

Clearly highly college educated responses which do not represent the "business as usual" speaking manner of average Americans.

And this was being done by both sides of the political spectrum.

Realizing that people are influenced by responses they read, it is now obvious that both parties have sunk to an even greater low--tainting the responses to articles posted online.

What used to be authentic responses from Americans are now paid political advertisements and the game is being played by both parties.

The media already manipulates all the news to their corporate point of view--and now not even the comments are legitimate.

This is really sad.

ME THINK AMERICA HAS BECOME BIZARRO WORLD

ME THINK AMERICA HAS BECOME BIZARRO WORLD.

IN BIZARRO WORLD AMERICA -- EVERYTHING BE BACKWARDS FROM HOW IT USED TO BE:

*CITIZENS ENTHUSIASTICALLY WANT A TV GAME SHOW HOST WHO HAS COMMITED ADULTERY AND MANIPULATED BANKRUPTCIES MANY TIMES TO BECOME PRESIDENT OF U.S.
*CITIZENS ARE SCARED TO SAY ANYTHING ANYMORE -- THEY MIGHT OFFEND SOMEBODY
*PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL PLAYERS SET GOOD EXAMPLES BY BEING ARRESTED EVERY OTHER WEEK
*SCHOOL BOARDS HAPPILY WELCOME OUT OF CONTROL STUDENTS TO STAY IN CLASS AND TELL TEACHERS IT IS ALL THEIR FAULT IF ANYTHING HAPPENS
*POLICE MUST ASK PERMISSION OF CRIMINALS IF IT IS OKAY TO EVEN QUESTION THEM
*ALL PRODUCTS USED NOW BY AMERICANS ARE NOT MADE IN THE U.S.
*BANKS ARE TOO BIG TO FAIL BUT STUDENTS WHO MISS A LOAN PAYMENT ARE IMMEDIATELY PUNISHED FINANCIALLY FOR LIFE
*SIX COMPANIES CONTROL EVERY MOTION PICTURE STUDIO, TELEVISION NETWORK,  CABLE TV NETWORK
*ONE COMPANY CONTROLS ALMOST EVERY RADIO STATION IN THE U.S.
*PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES PUSH THEIR POISON KILLING, DESTROYING AND ZOMBIFYING MILLIONS OF CITIZENS--BUT A NATURAL GOD-GIVEN HERB WHICH HAS BEEN PROVEN TO RELIEVE ALL OF MANKIND'S PHYSICAL AND MENTAL ILLS IS SUPRESSED BY THOSE COMPANIES WITH THE HELP OF THEIR PUPPET POLITICIANS AND MEDIA
*AMERICAN POLITICIANS WANT TO HELP EVERYBODY ELSE IN THE WORLD EXCEPT FOR AMERICANS
*AMERICAN VETERANS ARE DISCARDED AND THROWN AWAY AFTER THEY SERVE AS WAR FODDER
*CORPORATIONS ROUTINELY ENGAGE IN HIGHLY ILLEGAL, UNETHICAL AND CRIMINAL ACTIVITY WHICH THEY MUST PAY MILLIONS IN FINES FOR--YET THEY TELL YOUNG COLLEGE GRADUATES THEY CAN'T BE HIRED BECAUSE THERE WAS A PICTURE OF THEM ATTENDING A PARTY POSTED ON FACEBOOK
*REPUBLICANS WANT TO THOROUGHLY DISMANTLE OBAMACARE--EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THE FIRST EVER LEGISLATION WHICH GAVE PROTECTION TO MILLIONS OF PEOPLE WITH PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS
*IT'S NOT ENOUGH THAT CORPORATIONS HAVE SENT MILLIONS OF AMERICAN JOBS OVERSEAS. NOW THEY ARE REPLACING THOUSANDS OF AMERICAN WORKERS WITH EMPLOYEES COMING HERE FROM INDIA--AND CLAIM THESE FOLKS HAVE "SPECIALTY SKILLS" WHICH AMERICANS CANNOT DO.

PLENTY MORE COMING

GEORGE MARTIN -- DEAD AT 90

Without George Martin -- there would have been no Beatles.

He was 36 at the time and was running a comedy label --Parlophone--for EMI in the UK.

He saw something unique in this band whom nobody else wanted to sign to a record label.

So he gave them a chance by placing them on the comedy label and the rest is history.

He produced their albums, continually introducing them to recording techniques, orchestration and different ways of doing things.

It was their constant music evolution that kept them ahead of everybody else, and he was part of it.

WHAT THE HELL??? A LEAP YEAR JOKE? FROM MAIA LAZAR

I JUST RECEIVED A PUZZLING EMAIL -- AND I CAN ONLY ASSUME THIS IS A SPECIAL LEAP YEAR DAY PRANK.

THIS IS WHAT I SAW STARING BACK AT ME WHEN I OPENED THE EMAIL UP:

I CAN ONLY ASSUME THAT ONE OF THE FOLLOWING THINGS HAPPENED:

1. MAIA AND HER MILLENIAL FRIENDS WERE SITTING AROUND SMOKING POT, DECIDED TO LOOK AT MY LINKEDIN PAGE, AND ONE OF THEM REACHED OVER TO PUSH THE "INVITE" BUTTON AS A JOKE--TO THE ULTIMATE HORROR OF MAIA.

2. MAIA WAS HOME ALONE DRUNK, LOOKING AT MY PAGE, AND DIDN'T REALIZE THAT SHE PUSHED THE WRONG BUTTON.

3. MAIA WAS SLEEPWALKING, HAVING A NIGHTMARE THAT SHE WAS BACK IN MY AP ENGLISH CLASS, DECIDED SHE KNEW MUCH MORE THAN I DID, AND FIGURED THAT BY PUSHING THE BUTTON THAT I WOULD SUDDENLY DEMATERIALIZE.

IF YOU KNEW THE BACK STORY ON THIS...YOU WOULD UNDERSTAND WHY I AM SITTING HERE TOTALLY CONFUSED BY THIS EMAIL INVITATION.
YOU CAN READ ABOUT IT AT www.cathyseipp.com (her deranged mother's official non-official website)

I WOULD LIKE TO THINK THAT MAIA HAS FINALLY DEVELOPED A SENSE OF HUMOR--SOMETHING SHE HAD REMOVED IN A BYPASS OPERATION AT BIRTH--

OR MAYBE SHE JUST WANTED TO SEE HOW I WOULD REACT. WELL, YOU CERTAINLY GOT MY ATTENTION DEAR LITTLE MAIA.

YOUR "FAMILY VALUE" REPUBLICANS IN ACTION

IF YOU VOTE FOR DONALD TRUMP, HERE IS HIS CURRENT WIFE, MELANIA, POSING IN ONE OF HIS JETS.

SHE WOULD MAKE THE MOST POPULAR FIRST LADY EVER! SHE'D EVEN BE MORE POPULAR THAN JACKIE KENNEDY!

BUT  THERE'S SO MUCH MORE TO SHARE!

AT AGE 31, DONALD TRUMP MARRIED  IVANA WITH WHOM HE WOULD HAVE 3 CHILDREN.

IN THE MID-1980's, TRUMP BEGAN AN AFFAIR WITH MARLA MAPLES.
FOR FOUR YEARS, THE DONALD HAD BOTH HIS MARRIED FAMILY AND AN ADULTEROUS AFFAIR AT THE SAME TIME.
WHEN IVANA FOUND OUT, THEY DIVORCED WITH HER BECOMING AN INSTANT MULTI-MILLIONAIRE.

HE MARRIED MARLA IN 1993.
AT AGE 52, IN 1998, HE MET HIS NEWEST GIRLFRIEND, MELANIA, AGE 28.
BY 1999, HE DIVORCED MARLA AND MARRIED THE NEWEST MRS. TRUMP.

TRUMP HAS SINCE COMMENTED THAT HE WOULD PROBABLY DATE HIS OWN BEAUTIFUL DAUGHTER IF HE COULD.

AND ALL YOU REPUBLICANS THINK ALL OF THIS IS OKIE-DOKIE.

YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO INTEGRITY LEFT. YOUR "FAMILY VALUES" MAKE YOU OUTLANDISH HYPOCRITES.

YOU ARE ALL DISGUSTING AND JESUS HATES YOU.

The President of the United States is doing exactly what he is supposed to be doing when a Supreme Court Justice vacancy occurs

The President of the United States is doing exactly what he is supposed to be doing when a Supreme Court Justice vacancy occurs--prepare to nominate a new one.
And the Republicans are already stating that they will make all efforts to stop him from doing so.
They don't even try and hide their subversion of the Constitution anymore.
And the Republicans wonder why their own followers are insisting that a buffoonish non-politician be their candidate in November.

Enjoy Your Brief Moment Bernie

What a surprise.
Bernie Sanders wins the New Hampshire primary.

Keep your eyes on Tuesday, March 1
SUPER-TUESDAY.

Hillary will take 13 of 14 primaries with
the exception of Vermont.

Bernie should enjoy this brief moment
in the spotlight. Other than New Hampshire
and upcoming Vermont, possibly Oregon and possibly the state of Washington...the
Democratic establishment has already
nominated the newest Clinton.

The Democratic convention will only
make that clear.

CHALLENGER - 30 YEARS AGO TODAY

30 Years Ago Today, the entire nation was watching the takeoff of the Challenger when something went very, very wrong.

I hate to tell you this -- Americans were so shocked at the magnitude of this tragedy -- they dealt with it as only Americans do -- with sick humor:

Q:What does NASA stand for?
A: Need Another Seven Astronauts

The same way that when Robin Williams committed suicide -- the jokes went flying non-stop all week -- because Robin Williams was always there to make you laugh...that was his job...and Americans could not deal with the shock of his death details -- they turned to sick humor.

But President Ronald Reagan came on the air and gave one of the greatest speeches ever made.
It was so genuine, heartfelt and reached out to all Americans -- even specifically addressing the millions of children that were watching the live takeoff in classrooms all over the country.

Yes, some of you love him and some of you hate him.
But on that day, he was the President for all Americans and helped the country through this devastating event.

President Obama Makes An Incredible Statement About Vietnam

In President Obama's stirring final State of the Union Speech, he said something that will not be noticed by any of the media.

"We also can’t try to take over and rebuild every country that falls into crisis. That’s not leadership; that’s a recipe for quagmire, spilling American blood and treasure that ultimately weakens us. It’s the lesson of Vietnam, of Iraq – and we should have learned it by now."

His decision to make reference to the ultimate disaster of  U.S. policy in Vietnam should not be ignored.

These days, most people prefer to say nothing about Vietnam, wave an American flag and refuse to discuss it. Otherwise you are unpatriotic if you dare question the whole scenario.

It was the policies of Lyndon B. Johnson--Democrat
and Richard M. Nixon--Republican and their staffs that cost the lives of 60,000 Americans and millions of Vietnamese. It was not your country that made the decision. It was your idiotic family, friends, neighbors, relatives and other bureaucrats working in Washington D.C. that made some very bad policies and decisions.

Who is making most of your clothing these days?

Yes, it is Vietnam.

Do you even know where Vietnam is located?

Ask any 3rd grader why it might be difficult fighting a war
in this country in the early 1960's, and what would happen if
the U.S. had dropped an atomic bomb on the north part of the
country.

David Bowie Takes The Red Parking Space

Just a bit over 30 years ago, CBS/Columbia Records wanted me to drop off information
about this new thing I started called "online entertainment" that I was running on something mysterious called CompuServe and AOL.

As I approached their building on the outskirts of Century City, I was looking for a parking space. There was none available. But there was one red space sitting there. As I was debating "it will only take me 5 minutes to run in and out," a brand new corvette pulled up and decided that they would take the space. The car would indicate that they could afford an expensive ticket if the timing was bad.

The driver door opened and out came David Bowie.

There he was looking all David Bowie-ish and I was just delighted. He headed toward the record company door.

Really made my day.

These 4 Old Guys Were Pretty Smart

This is a beautiful stamp from Laos which commemorates the American Bi-Centennial.

Washington, Jefferson, Adams and Madison.

These 4 old guys were pretty smart.

Instead of creating a website, they created a country.

They decided to make a country where you have the freedom of any religion you want and you have the freedom not to have any religion. And governmental institutions cannot endorse or criticize any religion or lack of religion.

They decided to make a country where you have the freedom to express your opinion.
And governmental institutions cannot endorse or criticize your opinion.

It worked for 240 years. Up until 2016.

They would be shocked by what is going on in America today.

Hope this didn't offend anybody. Boo-Hoo.

Mr. President -- Please Read The Speech First Before Delivering It

All Presidents have speech writers. Yes, the President may contribute, enhance, edit and make final changes to a speech that will be heard by millions, but how tonight's inexcusable revision got by the nation's first black President is unfortunate.

"My fellow Americans, I am confident we will succeed in this mission because we are on the right side of history. We were founded upon a belief in human dignity -- that no matter who you are, or where you come from, or what you look like, or what religion you practice, you are equal in the eyes of God and equal in the eyes of the law."

You might want to share that with the approximate 700,000 slaves that existed  in 1776, IN ALL 13 COLONIES, at the founding of America.

RUBBER SOUL -- THE BEATLES 50 YEARS

It was a cold, grey day in Chicago, Monday, December 6, 1965. I was almost 13. I could not concentrate on anything in 8th grade that day, because all I knew was that a new Beatles album was coming out and at 3:15...I would be at the Chicago-Rogers Park neighborhood record store.

I did not know the album's name, or any songs that would be on it. There were no pop music magazines except "16" and there was only one radio station for young people, WLS. All they said is that the new Beatles album would be out today.

I walked in the cold to the tiny mom & pop record store and there it was--RUBBER SOUL...with its slightly distorted cover in tones of brown and I took out the $1.98 for the MONO version, which was a lot of money to a kid back then.

I ran home with it, took it out of its sealed enclosure and joyfully placed it on my child's record player that I still had from age 5 with its tiny speaker and limited one-tone control.

What I would hear would ASTONISH me. I was mesmerized.

It was amazing. And an incredible breakthrough
for this group going through a musical transition.

Side 1--I've Just Seen A Face was a great up-tempo pop song with a great harmony hook (fallin' yes I am fallin')...Norwegian Wood--was I hearing right? Was this The Beatles? It was indescribable and what was that weird instrument they were using?...You Won't See Me had such daring background vocals going on...Think For Yourself--by now I was going crazy! That fuzz bass sound (never used before) was captivating...The Word was so catchy yet demanded your attention...and then the opening notes of Michelle was just the beginning of this musical masterpiece--not only was Paul singing French, but he was doing a complete separate Bass composition on his own!...the enchantment continued with side 2, but when I got to "In My Life"...I knew this album would effect me the rest of my life.

Yes, it was Capitol Record's version of "Rubber Soul" but nobody knew ANYTHING about another version. It wasn't until 1978 that Tower Records had a special Beatles week and brought in a limited supply--one time only of the official British albums. And I bought the whole set.
Was I ever surprised at what the real Rubber Soul consisted of. 99.9% of the rest of Americans did not know anything about this until the official CDs were issued in the late 1980s of British versions only.

*The American version of Rubber Soul did not contain the following tracks--
They were taken off and used for a phony Capitol Beatles album “Yesterday and Today”
only released in America and allowing yet another million selling album:
"Drive My Car", "Nowhere Man", "What Goes On" and “If I Needed Someone.”
*The American version of Rubber Soul contained the following tracks not on
any release of the album elsewhere worldwide:
“I've Just Seen A Face” and “It's Only Love.”

This of course says something important about artist integrity.
Up until “Sgt. Pepper,” Capitol Records would butcher the Beatles albums
to create their own versions of what they believed Americans wanted to
hear. They would take tracks off, put other tracks on, add echo where they
wanted, use alternate versions. And create non-existent albums.

America was the only country that did not get the official British releases
as desired by the Beatles and producer George Martin.

RUBBER SOUL has always been my favorite Beatles album.
I estimate that I have listened to the album on
LP, cassette, CD and in computer memory at least
1500-2000 times. I base this on the fact that I have listened to
the album at least 30 times a year since 1965.

The album inspired Brian Wilson of the Beach Boys to create his masterpiece LP “Pet Sounds.”
Wilson's brilliant work inspired Paul McCartney to put together “Sgt. Pepper.”

RUBBER SOUL is considered one of the Top Ten greatest pop music albums ever
by every leading survey.

Back To The Future 30th

A "Back to the Future" Marathon was held at the legendary Cinerama Dome in Hollywood to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the films and to coincide with the date 10/21/2015 that Marty and Doc go into the future in BTTF2.

It was spectacular seeing the films on the big screen again since 1985, 1988 and 1989.

I noticed that the majority of those attending were 25-35 years old, so I have to think about the attraction to that group.

About 30 people dressed up accordingly. Mostly guys wearing Marty's hat and jacket from BTTF2, girls dressed as Marty's girlfriend from the 1st film, and girls dressed for a 1950's dance.

I already had the hair naturally, found a yellow jacket and red shirt in the closet and used a pair of nightshades as goggles, making me the only realistic Doc Brown present. Yes, everybody was staring.

The American character has become a perverted sickness of Narcissism.

America has become a place where people try and out-market each other. They try and see if they can get more publicity than the next guy. This takes place at work, in schools, in homes, in communities, in traditional and social media.

The big problem occurs when people start believing their own publicity.

When they engage in publicity utilizing harmless stunts and actually know its really a bunch of BS and are secretly laughing about it all, they are actually quite level headed.

Its the ones that genuinely think they are more important than everybody else and their opinions and actions are of so much greater value than the rest of us, and will turn to harmful activities--who are the dangers to society.

There is no need to call in psychologists, FBI profilers and other experts to try and analyze America's most recent tragedy. The individual already told you in his online postings that he understood all of this.

It has nothing to do with guns--it has to do with an individual who decides he is going to out-market everybody else and instantly be recognized by everybody in the nation. If he had an atomic bomb at his disposal, he would have used that.

The American character has become a perverted sickness of Narcissism.

TROUBLE WITH TRUMPLES

TOO MANY YOUNG PEOPLE DYING OF HEROIN. SHARE THIS WITH THEM.

Our parents lied to us about Marijuana.
As they stood there with a martini in their hand and scolded “Is is true you are on the Marijuana?” the Baby Boomers just laughed behind their backs at their hypocrisy.

Now the Baby Boomers are your parents, grandparents and great grandparents.

The difference is they will not lie to you.

When they tell you that Heroin is the most dangerous thing you can try, they are telling you the truth.

Heroin is available everywhere, at its cheapest prices and greatest potency and you and your friends might think it is some fun quick and cheap high.

Marijuana might be a firecracker, but Heroin is a bomb.

I'm going to make it simple for you.

A human being has not been physically designed to deal with Heroin. The same way you have not been designed to be impervious to a cold virus, you simply cannot handle Heroin.

When you shoot up Heroin, you are going to have the greatest rush of a lifetime. You are going to feel better than anything you have ever experienced. Not only are you aware of this. But your brain is very, very aware of this.

As a matter of fact, your brain will enjoy it so much that it will say, “That was fantastic. I want to do it again. Right now. Go get me some more.”

And when you tell your brain, “No. That was it. Once was enough,” your brain is going to get really mad at you.

"Ok. You won't get me some more of that. Then I'm going to give you chills, aches and pains until you do.”

When you give in for a second time around, and say “That's the last time brain. There will be no more.”

Now your brain is really infuriated.
"Either you get me some more Heroin-- until then, how about some nausea, diarrhea, cramps, vomiting, anxiety, sweating, sleeplessness and other uncontrollable discomforts?”

Your brain has become addicted.
You soon find that your brain needs more and more and in larger quantities to keep it satisfied. But these larger quantities are causing your breathing and heart rate to function abnormally. And soon you overdose and die.

Heroin is not Marijuana.

Heroin is a man made laboratory
concoction from the poppy plant.

You cannot handle Heroin.

Don't even try it the first time.

Anybody who offers it to you is not your friend.

Walk away.

Dean Jones -- Average American Joe That Made Us Laugh

Actor Dean Jones had a wonderful way of playing the average American Joe who would find himself in the middle of incredible predicaments -- but always managed to do the right thing to make things come out OK.

Primarily known for 1960's Disney comedies in which he would wind up being the straight man to dogs, cats or Volkswagens, Jones could get big laughs by just being perplexed or confused.

Best known for "The Love Bug," "That Darn Cat," "The Ugly Dachshund" and later on the non-Disney "Beethoven," my all-time Dean Jones' favorite was "Blackbeard's Ghost," a much underrated 1968 film which was ignored because it was 1968 and didn't have an expected socially significant meaning at the time.

That boyish look, projection of honesty in every character played, and father figure to many, Dean Jones was loved throughout the world.
